Molly is the Case Coordinator for Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University —New Brunswick. Before joining the Title IX team in September 2019, Molly worked in Student Conduct for Residence Life and as part of her coursework she also was involved with Student Support and the Dean of Students Office at Rutgers. During that time, she was trained by the Skidmore College Project on Restorative Justice and then later by the PRISM Project specifically on using Restorative Justice for sexual harm. Molly received her MSW and B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey.
