Delois is a Student Conduct Coordinator for the Office of Residence Life. She graduated from Kean University with a B.A. in Psychology and Public Administration and Chestnut Hill College with a Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and a concentration in Diverse and Underserved Communities. Being a Restorative Justice Facilitator at Rutgers University- New Brunswick, Delois emphasizes the importance of restorative practices in all areas, while being intentional about the growth, learning, and development of others.
