Kaylin coordinates Education & Outreach to advance institutional equity and inclusion goals across Rutgers University. Kaylin helps build, maintain and share educational resources and tools to increase the capacity of the university community to engage across difference and promote an equitable and inclusive work environment at Rutgers. Kaylin is a licensed social worker with more than 10 years of experience working with populations impacted by harm. Kaylin is passionate about amplifying the perspectives of underrepresented groups in Higher Education and using learning as a tool for disruption. She is an alumni of Rutgers University and Columbia University School of Social Work.
