Bill is the Associate Director in the Office of Student Affairs Compliance & Title IX at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Prior to joining the Office of Student Affairs Compliance and Title IX in September 2018, Bill worked in Residence Life at Rutgers University training and recruiting Resident Assistants. He has also worked in the Office of Testing and Placement at Rutgers University advising incoming students, parents, and faculty regarding Placement Testing requirements. Bill received his Ed.M in College Student Affairs and his B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University.
